7th Grade Science

In Mrs. Reese’s science classes, students were able to explore Gregor Mendel’s contributions to their study of genetics by dissecting a daffodil. Mendel worked with pea plants and his scientific research became the basis for the principles of heredity.​

8th Grade Science Assessment-4/23/18

8th Grade Science Assessment   All 8th graders at Hawthorn Middle School South will be taking the 8th Grade Science Assessment on Monday, April 23rd from 8:25 to 9:25am.  Please be sure students eat a healthy breakfast, are on time, and try to keep appointments to after testing time if possible.

Early Release Schedule 4/19/18
